GENERAL INFORMATION OF APPROVAL APPLICATION FOR EARTH WORK/ STREET LIGHTING/ ROAD AND DRAINAGE
Earth that dropped into public drains need to be cleared at all times.
Cut and refilled land need to be leveled neatly
Access roads across public drains need to be built on concrete culvert to avoid obstructions to drain's water
flow.
"WASHING PIT" and "WATER PRESSURE JET" facilities shall be provided to clean lorry's tires before going
onto public roads and to clean public roads.
Waterways that flows into public drains must be fitted with "silt trap"made of sand bags
Standard signboards such as "CAUTION", "LORRY CARRYING EARTH IN FRONT", "SLOW" and others
needed to be sufficiently displayed at every vehicular access roads.
You are required to furnish the council with the list of lorries registration numbers used.
All dirt falling off your lorries must be immediately clean satisfactorily.
Council shall not be liable for any form of accidents during transporting work
All vehicles used for transportation works shall be in a good working condition and conformed
to JPJ standards
Vehicles used for this purpose shall not overload and shall be covered properly with 'CANVAS'.
Information on project's name, suppliers, owner's name, and others shall be stated on the signboard
at the project site
Any damages, defaced, or adversely effected to Council's properties shall be Council. If the Council
is not satisfied with the repair/reinstatement , we shall repair/reinstate repaired/reinstated immediately
to the satisfactory of the it ourselves and the cost will be charged to your company.
You bounded by the Council's by-laws and are required to comply to it from time to time.
